San Diego Bike Co-op (bicycle cooperative / coop / bike kitchen / earn a bike) being planned

David Chernay, one of the founders of the Ohio City Bicycle Co-op, has moved to San Diego. . . Mike Henderson also wants to make the coop a reality.
