We see a San Diego of tomorrow comprised of compact communities containing a diverse mix of residential, employment and recreational opportunities, located in neighborhoods shaped by quality design, served by a variety of transportation options, and bounded by a permanently, preserved and enhanced open space system.

Two people behind it are Sanford Goodkin and Howard Blackson.
